KNOW THYSELF
Knowing your own self is the one and only way for you to be able to under-
stand the existence of this infinity of solar systems, constellations, galaxies.
The understanding of your own self will help you understand the galaxies, the
black holes and planet Earth, which stands like just a dot in view of this infini-
ty, the kingdoms that evolve inside it, the mineral, plant, animal, human popu-
lation and even the molecules from which these are constituted.
In other words, you will be able to understand both the macro and the micro
world, under all forms and aspects that exist and evolve into the universe that
you perceive.
From the moment that you will know your own self and touch, join and identi-
fy with your real “Existence”, you can be sure that you shall have realized eve-
rything. Your real “Existence” has no expiration date, unlike the corruptible
natural body.
Do not wonder at all how it is possible, through the understanding and perceiv-
ing of your own self, to automatically understand, just like that, all this infinity.
You shall realize that the Creator of the universe is merely One, that the petri-
fication, the plants, the animals, the human beings, the planets, the suns, the
constellations and the galaxies constitute the creatures of the ONE AND ON-
LY CREATOR and that the forms and shapes that each time these are found
under, do interchange and create bigger and bigger selfawareness, having as
ultimate motive to return back to unity. This happens because all of us have
been created by the unity, then we came down to the material world to gain
experiences, to conquer the selfawareness and to return to the source, the Uni-
ty, God (Absolute Spirit).
The tutelage of the Mystics Spiritual Masters that have passed over history was
aiming at removing from all humans the fear of natural death. They taught that
the spirit and the soul are the real “Self” and the real “Being” that each time
becomes flesh and blood in a different rented body, only for the spiritual indi-

vidual carrier to gain experiences, through which you will gradually be able to
realize that you make parts of the one God.
And then, at the moment that you reach the godliness, you literally live and
exist into other dimensions, “in the spirit”. Because everything has been creat-
ed by the absolute Hyper – Spirit, all forms and shapes of the matter have been
used and those who reached Ithaca, returned back to This. You all possess a
soul. Even the black souls are also souls.
Every incarnation represents a school that a student has to attend and in case
he/she does not manage to successfully complete, he/she is not going to further
evolve. You are here on this planet, only to complete your spiritual “studies”
and nothing more.
Even if you manage to become rich, to study in Universities, to create your
own family, to have children, to gain the favour of your friends and relatives
and have your children being thankful to you for everything that you succeeded
to offer to them, unless you make it to understand your own existence and you
conquer in practice the “know thyself” and unless you evolve yourself so that
you remain in harmony with the universe, you will have almost nothing
achieved.
Imagine a status where the 7,200,000,000 souls that live on this planet would
had all reached the inspiration, just like the Buddha or had been Christianised,
like Jesus Christ. Who would then be able to impose any kind of unfair au-
thority or power? Who would embrace becoming part of an unfair system con-
sisting of taxes, coloured papers money that do not exist, precious metals? No-
body would like to join or belong to such system since everybody would have
the knowledge and the “know thyself” and thus such a system would soon col-
lapse with nobody to support it. No one would obey to unfair people. Imagine
then the attitude of the totally bright beings over all that. How indifferent they
would stand and how ridiculous all of those would appear to them!
Whenever you get despaired over the numerous problems that this system has
imposed over you, and which fill you up with psychosomatic illnesses, do
wonder whether the only thing that you actually need is to get enlightened and
nothing more, nothing less.
The DISTINCTION (Diakrissi in Greek, krissi = crisis) is the tool for you to
be able to clarify inside of you anything that deals with conspiracies, abuse,
fraud, setup authorities, control, trapping, etc.

Through this distinction you are called to absolutely understand that the only
one who can save you and show you the way towards the “truth = alitheia”, to
set you free, is your own self. ALL THE FORMS ARE CONCETRATED
AETHER AND THE FREEDOM IS RETURNIG BACK TO AETHER
(FREEDOM in Greek is ELEYTHERIA = ELAETHER).
In order to achieve that, you need to understand everything that has to do with
the Creation, your incarnation, your death. You must understand any infor-
mation and knowledge that you receive, any system and authority that governs
and influences you.
The ascertainment that you will come to is what we call “DISTINCTION (DI-
AKRISI in Greek)”. Whatever you may read, whatever you may be told or
shown, unless you and you alone and through your own ascertainment, seek for
the TRUTH, YOU SHALL BE INVOLVED IN SITUATIONS OF FALLA-
CY. The distinction is the one characteristic that separates man form the ani-
mals.
What you have experienced, although you don’t recall it, is your birth. Never-
theless, every hour and every moment, what you have not experienced is wait-
ing for you, and that is death. All this putative civilization and the supposedly
technological evolution were completely indifferent to your soul before your
birth and after your death. Their unique scope is that the soul gains the experi-
ences that it must also manage in the ideal way (thought, speech, action), in
order to proceed with its evolution even higher, if it achieves that.
Here is where the biggest game is being played, the biggest lure, the biggest
trap that has been set up by who the Jesus named after ‘the Satan’ and you are
caught in this trap by enslaving your flesh and your real self. And thus, you
lose the Holy gift of your incarnation, in completely wrong paths. And unfor-
tunately, you don’t lose something simple. You lose the biggest gift that has
been offered to you: your own Self.
Everybody who is on the way to the end of his/her life and feels that death is
approaching, the more vanity and the less emotion they feel about all these ma-
terial assets they have created with such great effort or karma (for those who

committed fraud, stole, killed, etc.). None of the material things does practical-
ly fulfil the man, as much as his spiritual evolvement, the awareness of his own
‘existence’ and the love for the Creation do.
When the end of your life is approaching, it is the soul that is ‘talking’ to you
and asking you to apologise because you trapped it and prevented its return to
the Creator. The soul is using other kind of vibrations to ‘talk’, not words,
while it is expressing itself through this ‘gap’ that you feel when, being rich as
far as material things are concerned, you are not rich inside of you (rich =
ploussios in Greek, ploussios = pl + oussia (substance)).
You may come to think that since there is a whole world of material constitut-
ed of numerous impersonal transactions, victimisation, malice, obsequiousness,
jealousy, etc., the outcome will remain the same even if you decide to change.
This approach though is wrong because if you are the only one to change, it
should be like the whole world has changed. And this is not a metaphor but it
will happen literally. The reason is that the whole world will not change only
through your own eyes, but literally, just like when from a small sparkle a
whole fore is born, yourself in the same way will show the example – like an
enlightened human being – to others, who in their turn give the example to oth-
ers and so on. You shall not worry for the rest, since it is the responsibility of
the universal causality to restore the harmony wherever disharmony has been
caused.
